President Zelensky proudly announced the arrival of his Finnish counterpart, Alexander Stubb, the latter on his first foreign visit:
The presidents used the occasion to sign a long-term agreement on security cooperation between their countries. The agreement agreement commits Finland to providing Ukraine with long-term military and financial assistance, as well as envisaging deeper ties in other areas of politics, finances, reform and humanitarian issues.
Ukraine has already signed similar agreements with German, France, Italy, the Netherlands, the UK, Canada and Denmark - mostly G7 countries.
