Polish President Andrzej Duda reported that, together with the leaders of the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary, he discussed military security and the international situation, focusing primarily on the war in Ukraine.

The head of Poland's state mentioned that all V4 presidents agreed that any talks regarding the end of Russia's aggression and what happens after the fighting must include Ukraine's participation.

Additionally, the Visegrad Group leaders discussed measures to prevent future crises, particularly in light of this year's floods.

To improve cooperation in this area, Duda proposed the creation of an expert group from Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary to develop a plan for mutual warning systems, information exchange, and emergency services collaboration.
