The Polish Chancellery of the Prime Minister confirmed via social media that Donald Tusk has arrived in Lviv.
"We had a long and candid discussion with President Zelensky about the geopolitical situation, the current state of the frontlines, and Polish-Ukrainian relations," stated Prime Minister Tusk.
This discussion will focus on the establishment of a new ministry dedicated to national unity and supporting Ukrainians living abroad.
Zelensky shared these details during the All-Ukrainian Congress of Local and Regional Authorities.
The Ukrainian leader also mentioned that he had already spoken with the German and Austrian chancellors about similar issues.
The encounter with Tusk aims to strengthen ties with the Ukrainian diaspora beyond Ukraine's borders.
