The latest count of Russia’s combat losses was published on Friday morning, Ukraine’s state news agency Ukrinform reported.
The number of Russian troops killed during the invasion of Ukraine totals 244,830, including 560 liquidated over the past 24 hours, the Ukrainian Ministry of Defence said.
Moscow has also lost 4,190 tanks, of which four in the last day, 4,775 artillery systems, including 30 over the last 24 hours, and 698 multiple-launch rocket systems, according to officials in Kyiv.
Russia’s other equipment losses include 4,007 operational-tactical level drones, including 11 in the last day, 1,347 cruise missiles, and 8,161 armoured combat vehicles, 14 of which over the past 24 hours, Ukrinform reported.
Moscow’s army has also lost 315 aircraft, 311 helicopters, and 458 anti-aircraft warfare systems, including one in the last day, Ukraine’s Ministry of Defence said.
Russia invaded Ukraine on February 24, 2022, launching the largest military campaign in Europe since World War II.
Friday is day 520 of Russia’s war on Ukraine.
