Russian casualty toll in Ukraine rises to 910,750: report

Around 910,750 Russian troops have been either killed or wounded in Ukraine since Vladimir Putin invaded the country more than 37 months ago, according to Ukrainian military authorities.

The Russians have also lost 10,455 tanks, 21,762 armoured fighting vehicles and 25,387 artillery systems during their military campaign in Ukraine, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine said on Friday, as cited by state news agency Ukrinform.

On Thursday, Ukrainian forces killed or wounded 1,860 Russian soldiers, according to the ukrinform.net website.

Other Russian losses in Ukraine include 1,344 multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS)1,119 anti-aircraft systems, 370 warplanes, 335 helicopters, 28 warships, and 31,070 unmanned aerial vehicles, ukrinform.net reported.

Russia launched a full-scale invasion of Ukraine on February 24, 2022, starting the largest military conflict in Europe since World War II.

Friday is day 1,128 of Russias war on Ukraine.
