Recently, the global startup market has quieted down, making it harder for emerging companies to secure the millions in funding they need to grow.

To counter this, the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development (PARP) has launched a new program for young entrepreneurs, called "Startups Are Us."

"We want to boost investment in Polish startups," said Michał Polański, director of the agency's Entrepreneurship Support Department.
