The Polish quadruple sculling men's team - Fabian Barański, Mateusz Biskup, Dominik Czaja and Mirosław Ziętarski - won the bronze medal at the European Rowing Championships. The European Champions title was claimed by the Italians in the race - and the Swiss took the silver.

Meanwhile, two final races fifth places were taken by the Polish women's crews - the lightweight doubles Zuzanna Jasińska / Jessika Sobocińska, and the coxless four: Kinga Stablega, Julia Hakobyan, Dominika Gałka, Anna Potrzuska.

The Polish national team will not increase its medal tally any more at the 2024 European Rowing Championships, as the Poles will not start in any of the outstanding A finals.
