According to the General Staff, Russia lost more than 1,300 soldiers, 12 tanks, eight armored vehicles, 62 cars, and about 70 artillery systems in a single day.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy revealed in a Facebook post that Russia has launched about 700 guided aerial bombs and over 100 strike drones in the past week alone.
"Our people suffer from Russian terror every day, and they deserve fair and reliable protection from it," Zelenskyy stated. He emphasized the need for sufficient long-range capabilities and quality air defense systems to save lives.
